Vero Moda was founded in 1987 by Troels Holch Povlsen as the Bestseller Group’s very first brand. The Bestseller Group also owns clothing brands such as Only, Pieces and Vila. The founder, Troels, saw the name “VERO MODA” printed on a T-shirt and thought it would make a good name for a women’s clothing brand. It turns out he was right. Today, Vero Moda is a recognised Danish fashion brand that sells effortless and feminine fashion for women and girls.
