We have three different cancellation and exchange periods

Standard 14-day right of withdrawal

You are entitled to exercise the standard statutory right of cancellation. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must notify us via our contact form / Tel: 70707217 or by using the standard cancellation form. In your notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.

You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing to accept the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Cancelling part of a purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you may return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the delivery charges.

No right of withdrawal applies to the delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been clearly personalised,

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you may only be refunded part of the purchase price. The amount you can be refunded depends on the item’s market value, and in some cases this may mean that you can only be refunded the delivery costs.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase price

If you change your mind about your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (however, this does not apply to additional delivery charges in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with proof that you have returned them.

There is a return fee of 39 for sending the item back (this covers the cost of the parcel label and handling of the return parcel); if you have chosen to exchange the item for another product, we will pay the new postage costs for you.

Our extended 101-day right of withdrawal

We offer an extended 101-day returns policy on all unused items. Upon receipt, we strongly encourage you to check the items. If the parcel and/or its contents are damaged when you receive it, please report this immediately.

You can request a refund for up to 14 days after purchase, and for up to 101 days you can return the item and receive a credit note for our online shop.

As the buyer, you are responsible for paying the return postage and handling the return parcel.

Items/products returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received if you change your mind within 15 days of purchase. Furthermore, they must not have been used and all original labels must be intact.

Provided the above conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price paid (for the product itself) upon receipt of the returned order. PLEASE NOTE: after 14 days, the item can only be exchanged for a different size or a store credit.

*However, the 101-day returns policy above does not apply to items from TEESHOPPEN Studio (items with custom prints). As soon as we have printed your T-shirt with your own design, your right of withdrawal ceases.

Once we have received your return parcel and it meets our return requirements, you will receive confirmation that we have received your returned items and that we will refund you as soon as possible

It may take up to 14 working days from when you send the parcel back until we have received and processed it. We will usually refund the money to your account on the same day you receive confirmation that we have received your items. However, it may take up to 2 weeks for the money to appear in your account. This depends entirely on your bank, and we have no influence over this.

All items are eligible for a refund if you cancel your order within 14 days, provided they are:

Unused – you have tried the clothes on but haven’t worn them.
New – they have not been washed
Undamaged – if there is anything wrong with the item when you receive it, you must return it as a complaint
With the hangtag still attached. If you have removed the label from the back of the neck, the hangtag is no longer attached. So please leave it in place whilst you try on the garment.

Digital right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we’ve made it easy for you. Our online shop offers a digital withdrawal function, where you can quickly register your return or withdrawal online.
