As an intern at TEESHOPPEN’s shop, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our passionate team, where the customer experience is always the priority. You’ll become an integral part of day-to-day life in the shop, where we help our customers find the perfect outfits and provide them with a service experience that goes above and beyond the ordinary.

What will you be working on?
As an intern at the ‘TEESHOPPEN’ shop, you’ll be a key player in our day-to-day operations and an important part of the experience we provide for our customers. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, where no two days are the same, and where you’ll really be able to challenge yourself and develop your skills in retail and customer service.
• Helping customers in the shop find the right clothes and sizes:
You’ll be the person who guides our customers through the shop and ensures they leave with exactly what they’re looking for – and perhaps a little more! You’ll learn to understand customers’ needs, build trust and create the perfect shopping experience.
• Ensure the shop always looks neat and inviting:
You’ll learn the importance of visual merchandising, helping to style and lay out the shop so that our products are showcased to their best advantage. A neat and inviting shop is crucial for creating happy and satisfied customers – and you’ll be helping to make that happen!
• Handling new stock and ensuring it is displayed in the shop promptly:
From unboxing the latest collections to putting items on the shelves – you’ll ensure the shop is always up to date with the latest products. Here, you’ll play a key role in creating an efficient and exciting in-store experience.
• Taking part in planning and setting up campaigns and offers:
You’ll be part of the team that develops and executes creative campaigns. You’ll learn how we raise awareness of our offers and collections, both in-store and through visual displays.
• Learn about sales strategies and customer interaction:
Here, you’ll gain practical experience in how to drive sales through dialogue and relationship-building. You’ll learn how to engage with customers with enthusiasm and commitment, creating a positive experience that makes them want to come back.
